Set up once.
Pick the printer for item labels. If you have a second one, send box labels there on bigger stock. One printer can do both — this is just how it looks with two.
One printer or two
The demo shows two so the two label sizes are easy to tell apart: 4 × 6 for the box, 2.25 × 1.25 for the item. Plenty of sellers run one printer on one stock and both labels go to it. That is a toggle in setup, not a different product.
Why box 14 gets one box label
A buyer keeps their box for the whole night. Their second, third and tenth win each print an item label that says which box, and nothing else. A second box label would only give the packing table two parcels to choose between.
Nothing here is a recording
The scenes follow the same rules the app runs: one box per buyer, a box label only when the box is new, an item label on every sale. The values are the ones the app uses in its own label previews.
